      從細胞中直接抽提DNA,最大可達2MB
       

      SageHLS提供了一種新的DNA抽提方法。用戶在Sage Science提供的預制膠中加入細胞懸液,隨后在電泳條件下執行細胞裂解。降解的和溶解的蛋白質通過電泳被除去,完整的DNA則被保留下來,滯留在樣品孔中。然后使用裂解酶將完整DNA裂解成可在凝膠中泳動的大小的DNA片段。自動化的DNA片段篩選回收系統將DNA按分子量區別收集至6個回收孔中。

      使用CRISPR/Cas9進行靶向抽提純化:CATCH*
      CRISPR/Cas9可被用于設計靶向抽提純化大片段的基因組區域或基因。這項在體外應用Cas9的技術被稱為CATCH,能夠促進對結構變異的研究并提供有價值的分型信息。
